	TM Capital and our M&A International partner in Spain, Closa Corporate Finance, have assisted Telvent in completing a series of strategic acquisitions which have built its market presence
	DTN Holding Company, Inc. is a leading U.S. provider of meteorological and other business information to subscribers active in agricultural, energy, trading, governmental and transportation markets
	TM Capital and Closa together assisted Telvent in negotiating its pending strategic acquisition of DTN for $445 million in cash
	We also assisted Telvent in structuring the debt and equity financing for this acquisition
