	Iteration2 is a highly regarded Microsoft national implementation partner, with numerous awards and recognition from Microsoft including Microsoft Business Solutions Partner of the Year
	TM Capital was retained by HCC to help develop and implement a global acquisition strategy that was focused on select vertical markets and certain core consulting service offerings
	TM Capital assisted HCC in identifying potential targets and structuring and negotiating the terms of the transaction with Iteration2
