	V&S acquired Cruzan International, Inc., the marketer of Cruzan® brand rum, in March 2006
	Cruzan retained TM Capital to pursue a divestiture of its Florida Distillers division, enabling V&S to focus on its core branded spirits businesses
	Florida Distillers is a leading manufacturer and marketer of bulk and branded beverage alcohol products, specialty foods and flavorings and also provides contract bottling services
	TM Capital assisted V&S in structuring and negotiating the sale of Florida Distillers to Belvedere Group, a French spirits company
