The Company has delivered products known for their style, quality, convenience and value to customers for over 35 years.
Due to the Company’s strategic relationships with key suppliers and its ability to virtually control the supply chain, the Company generates strong direct gross margins and impressive inventory turns. The Company has recently opened several profitable new stores under a licensing arrangement with one of the foremost big box furniture retailers in the U.S. The Company currently has cash reserves and no third-party indebtedness. For the latest twelve months, the Company generated revenues in excess of $100 million. While the Company was not profitable during this period, it has implemented significant cost saving initiatives to improve profitability.
