The Company is a leading fabricator of after-market replacement parts for heavy industry utilizing proprietary abrasion resistant steel alloys. The Company fabricates and supplies precision parts, components and materials used in the maintenance and repair of heavy equipment in a variety of industries, including mining, oil sands, agriculture, power, aggregates and pulp and paper.

The Company has longstanding relationships with numerous blue chip customers and has differentiated itself through its design, fabrication and service capabilities. The Company has experienced solid growth over the last several years, with approximately $10 million of current year EBITDA on approximately $80 million of sales. An experienced and motivated management team is in place to execute the Company’s growth strategy.
