The Company is a manufacturer of premium folding cartons as well as a leading supplier of recycled paperboard. The Company’s customers include the world’s most discriminating retailers, graphic arts converters as well as supermarkets, foodservice and other industrial producers. These customers benefit from the Company’s vertically integrated, highly flexible production system which uniquely positions it to command premium pricing for its products.

The Company’s paperboard business currently supplies approximately 15% of the packaging business’ paperboard substrates. This relationship is projected to grow with the increased emphasis on “eco-friendly” branding strategies.

The Company has experienced rapid growth in profitability over the last two years, with EBITDA of approximately $6 million on sales of $60+ million. A highly experienced management team is in place with a well defined growth strategy.
