Its product offering includes quartz crystal oscillators, high precision timing systems, high reliability transponder products and network synchronization systems. The Company sells its products primarily to commercial telecommunications and satellite systems integrators.

Candidates include companies which design, develop, manufacture or market complementary communications products for commercial or government use. Candidates should possess strong technological expertise and/or market position, with revenues up to $150 million.
