Its leadership products include a wide variety of temperature and pressure relief and control valves, water pressure regulators, backflow prevention valves, radiant heating products and water filtration units. The company broadly distributes its products to plumbing and heating wholesalers and major Do-It-Yourself retailers and sells to OEM customers in North America, Europe and Asia.

Since 1987, the company has completed 34 strategic acquisitions or joint ventures. It conducts state of the art manufacturing operations in over 25 locations in North America, Europe and Asia. The company has a strong management team that has successfully grown sales and profitability through product and market diversification.

The company is seeking to continue its successful strategy by acquiring companies with proprietary water products or technologies that serve the plumbing or HVAC industries. Acquisition targets may include companies which provide complementary products to the markets currently served or provide penetration into adjacent markets. Potential target companies should generate revenue in excess of $10 million, gross margins greater than 30% and operating margins in excess of 10%.
